Never. PetDrivr is a subscription platform — you pay a flat monthly fee and keep 100% of what you earn on every route. No transaction fee, no percentage, no cut. What you charge is what you get.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings — no cancellation fees, no notice period. Your routes stay active until the end of your billing period, then automatically move to the free tier (1 active route).
What's the difference between Basic and Free beyond route count?+
Basic unlocks unlimited routes plus multi-stop route support (post a full 8-route monthly schedule at once), route history, and all transport types. Most operators upgrade to Basic once they see their first inquiry come in on the free route.
What is the Empty Carrier Alert?+
A Pro feature that bumps your route to the top of search results and sends an alert to pet owners who have saved searches matching your corridor. If you have an urgent last-minute slot to fill — a return trip, a backhaul, a same-day opening — the Empty Carrier Alert gets it in front of the right pet owners immediately.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
